User Data Deletion
Stucare Innovation and Creation Private Limited · Last updated 21 September 2026
You can ask us to delete personal information held about you in Stucare Client OS. This page explains how to make that request, what can be deleted, and what may need to be kept.
1. Introduction
Stucare Client OS is an operations platform provided by Stucare Innovation and Creation Private Limited and used by businesses to run their work. If we hold personal information about you — either because you use the platform, or because a business that uses it has recorded information about you — you may ask for that information to be deleted.
We will act on eligible requests, and we will tell you plainly where something cannot be deleted and why.
2. How to Request Deletion
Send an email to:
Email: privacy@stucares.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address registered with the account, or the address the business holds for you
- The company or account name the information relates to, if you know it
- A phone number, where the request concerns a phone number or WhatsApp messaging
- A description of what you want deleted — all of it, or a specific part
3. Identity Verification
Before we delete anything, we need to be reasonably satisfied that the request is genuinely from you or from somebody authorised to act for you. Deleting records on the strength of an unverified email would itself be a way of attacking somebody.
We may therefore ask you to confirm the request from the registered email address, or to provide other information that helps us match the request to the right records. We will ask for the least we reasonably need.
4. What May Be Deleted
Depending on the account and the law that applies, this may include:
- Account and profile information, such as your name, email address and phone number
- Contact details held against a client or contact record
- Communication records, including messages and notifications
- WhatsApp message records held in the platform, including numbers, message content and delivery status
- Uploaded documents and files that relate to you, where they are not needed for the reasons in section 5
- Other personal information that is no longer required for the purposes it was collected for
5. What May Need To Be Retained
Some records may need to be kept even after a deletion request, where they are required or permitted for:
- Legal obligations we are subject to
- Tax, accounting and financial-record requirements — invoices, receipts and payment records in particular are commonly required to be kept for a number of years
- Preventing fraud and abuse
- Security, including audit records of actions taken in the platform, which are deliberately not editable
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, including an ongoing dispute
Where information is retained for one of these reasons, we keep it for that reason only and delete it when the reason no longer applies. We will tell you if this applies to your request.
6. If a Business Holds Your Information
Much of the information in Stucare Client OS belongs to a business that uses the platform — its client records, its employee records, its invoices. Where we hold that information on a business’s behalf, that business decides what happens to it, and we act on its instructions.
In that case:
- The quickest route is usually to contact that business directly, since they can act immediately within the platform.
- If you write to us instead, we will pass the request to the relevant business or account administrator and coordinate with them, and we will tell you that we have done so.
- We may not be able to delete a business’s records on our own initiative, because they are not ours to delete.
7. WhatsApp and Other Third Parties
The same applies to any other third party that holds information independently — for example a recipient who has already received a document, or a provider processing information under its own terms. To have information deleted by those parties, you will need to contact them directly and follow their own process.
The third-party services used to operate this platform are listed in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
8. How Long It Takes
We aim to acknowledge a request promptly and to complete it as quickly as is reasonably practicable once identity is confirmed and, where relevant, the business customer has been consulted. Where a specific statutory timeframe applies to your request, we will meet it.
We do not publish a fixed turnaround here, because the time needed depends on what is being asked for and on whether a business customer’s records are involved.
